Ever been on a tight budget for Halloween? Well, it\u2019s always best to stick with clothes from your own closet; only buy the necessary items. If you plan to be a princess, buy a cheap tiara. Stores like Michael\u2019s are perfect for finding a wide range of items. But, most importantly: be creative and work with what you have. Dressing up for Halloween is all in the name of fun.<\/p>\n

Here are five examples of super easy, low budget costumes for Halloween:<\/p>\n
#1 Who wouldn\u2019t want to be a black cat?
\n<\/b>1) \u00a0\u00a0Wear a black t-shirt and black pants.
\n2) \u00a0\u00a0Grab black eyeliner for the whiskers; three strokes will do. Grab some glitter to add some fun to your kitty costume.
\n3) \u00a0\u00a0Use the same black eyeliner and create a black triangle on the nose.
\n4) \u00a0\u00a0Purchase black ears and a black tail.
\n5) \u00a0\u00a0Paint your nails black.<\/p>\n
#2 Be a Superhero!
\n<\/b>1) \u00a0\u00a0Wear a white t-shirt.
\n2) \u00a0\u00a0Paint or use felt tip accents for the logo of your favorite superhero.
\n3) \u00a0\u00a0Purchase a cape for the effect.
\n4) \u00a0\u00a0Wear tights, if you are feeling daring.
\n5) \u00a0\u00a0Lastly, purchase a mask if want to be anonymous.<\/p>\n
#3 Slumber Party Time!
\n<\/b>1) \u00a0\u00a0Wear your onesies (be sure to go with a crazy, outlandish one).
\n2) \u00a0\u00a0Hair in a ponytail.
\n3) \u00a0\u00a0No makeup, or apply minimally.
\n4) \u00a0\u00a0Carry a stuffed toy from your childhood. Don\u2019t lose it!
\n5) \u00a0\u00a0Use a pacifier or scream a lot (optional).<\/p>\n
#4 Nerd
\n<\/b>1) \u00a0\u00a0Borrow a pair of overalls from your mom or dad.
\n2) \u00a0\u00a0Wear hair in pigtails.
\n3) \u00a0\u00a0Add huge glasses for a better effect.
\n4) Carry a textbook (lightweight) and bury your nose in it.
\n5) \u00a0Sputter crazy equations from your textbook. (Insert equations on flash cards and tape them to the pages of your textbook.)<\/p>\n
#5 Feeling extra lazy? Go as a ghost.
\n<\/b>1) \u00a0\u00a0Grab a white sheet.
\n2) \u00a0\u00a0Poke holes for the eyes.
\n3) \u00a0\u00a0Decorate it accordingly depending on how you want your ghost to be (happy, sad, angry,etc.).<\/p>\n
