I know I am! Today let&#8217;s take a look at this season&#8217;s hit recipe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every year, we see variants of our favorite comfort pumpkin bread. Whether we satiate our pumpkin cravings with pies or cookies, it is a necessity sometimes to get a pumpkin fix.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The &#8220;world&#8217;s best pumpkin roll&#8221;, according to\u00a0Alyssa Rivers, the food blogger behind <em>The Recipe Critic<\/em>\u00a0has been talked up by many. &#8220;It is a perfectly moist and tender thin pumpkin cake\u201d, says Rivers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who could go wrong with the perfect mixture of pumpkin and a thick frosting? Every year, there is an unspoken competition on who can bring the best dessert to the fall festivities. And every year, everyone ups their game. Since your mouths must be watering at the sound of this delicious dessert\u2026\u2026 LET&#8217;S MAKE SOME PUMPKIN ROLLS!<\/span><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Pumpkin Rolls (based on a <a href=\"https:\/\/therecipecritic.com\/pumpkin-roll-recipe\/\">recipe<\/a> by Alyssa Rivers)<\/b><\/p>\n<h5><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><b>Ingredients: Pumpkin cake\u00a0<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 eggs\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc tsp nutmeg\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2154 cup pumpkin puree<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00be cup flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp baking soda\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp baking powder\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp vanilla extract\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp pumpkin pie spice\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5><b>Ingredients: Icing<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8 ounce brick cream cheese( room temperature)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 tablespoon butter (softened)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dash of vanilla extract\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Preparation<\/b><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> oven to 375\u2109<\/span><\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> whisk eggs together until fluffy then add in sugar , cinnamon , nutmeg, and pumpkin puree + pumpkin pie spice\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">In a separate bowl<b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder + salt , and slowly mix wet mixture\u00a0 into dry\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Line pan<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with parchment paper reaching 1 inch over sides. Spread mixture evenly on top in a thin pan . Bake for 13-18 minutes until golden brown. This time may be different for each oven.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove from the oven and let cool enough to touch. Lift parchment paper out of pan and gently roll the cake with parchment paper still on. Then let cool completely.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once completely cooled, unroll and take off parchment paper.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make cream cheese frosting by\u00a0 mixing\u00a0 softened cream cheese and sifted powdered sugar with softened butter and vanilla extract. (Will have to whip to create fluffy peaks)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take parchment paper off and add on frosting. Leave room on the sides so the frosting does not overflow. Then, roll tight, creating layers.\u00a0 Put in the refrigerator\u00a0 until chilled again.
