As the beginning of fall arrived, along with it came a show that has critics and fans craving more. The new ABC series “How To Get Away With Murder” is packed full of drama, suspense and revelations. From the series premiere which aired September 25, 2014, the audience was instantly captured.

The plot line surrounds the everyday life of young law school students who unmask the truth of how to be brilliant lawyers, but also end up running into trouble. Jammed full of murder, lies, and other acts of mischief, a new surprise comes around the corner every minute, and hints to solving a murder case that has been introduced since the very first episode continue to arrive.

Aside from the riveting storyline, the acting is phenomenal! Viola Davis portrays the confident and sophisticated defense lawyer Annalise Keating, who definitely represents a strong-powered, womanly figure. Setting an amazing start for the season with 20 millions views, the first episode was a success for the series. Rotten Tomatoes gave the show a generous 84% “Fresh Tomatoes” for the season. The critics have said, “How to Get Away with Murder isn’t conceptually original, but it delivers thrills with melodramatic twists and a captivating lead.” Also, IMDB gives it another good rating with an 8.3 out of 10. THS student Lea Ismail says, “How to Get Away With Murder is amazing! It is my absolute favorite show. Every episode just keeps on surprising me!” Another THS student, Emma Maguire has described the series as, “Very addictive! Each episode always ends up leaving me shocked in amazement. Everyone has to watch this show!” This show doesn’t necessarily relate to audiences, with constant murders and breaking of the law, but it gives an amazing story in each episode full of unexpected surprises. Fans learn something new about each character in every episode.
