School is almost over and summer is right around the corner! Here are some delicious recipes to make your summer a little sweeter.

Fresh Frozen Yogurt Ice Pops


Small paper/plastic cups (or a popsicle mold)
Popsicle sticks
2 cups fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and bananas)
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
¼ cup white sugar


  1. Blend the fresh fruit until smooth. (try strawberries and bananas)
  2. Add the sugar and yogurt into the mixture and blend more until combined.
  3. Fill the mold or cups ¾ full with mixture. Cover the top with aluminum foil and poke a popsicle stick through the middle of the foil on each popsicle.
  4. Place the mold or cups into the freezer for at least 5 hours.
  5. Remove from the freeze and enjoy!

Strawberry Daiquiri


6 cups ice
4 ounces frozen strawberries
⅛ cup lime juice
¼ cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (Sprite)
½ cup white sugar
½ cup lemon juice
1 fresh lime/lemon


  1. In a blender, combine the ice, sugar, and strawberries until completely blended.
  2. Pour in the lemon juice, lime juice, and lemon-lime soda.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Place a lime/lemon slice on the edge of the glass for decoration.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
