When it comes to early winter or late fall, people start to think of things like snow falling from the sky or the trees rustling in the cool air. The holidays are on their way, so here are two desserts you can make for your favorite holiday.

Pumpkin Pie
This would be the perfect dessert to bring to your family thanksgiving party or maybe just for the sake of baking it for fun!

Ingredients:
1 15 ounce (oz) can of pumpkin
1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon of ground ginger
½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon of salt
1 unbaked pie crust (9 inches)

Directions: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Put all ingredients except for pie crust, into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees F and continue to bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted into pie comes out cleanly. Take pie out of oven and let cool. Once cool, you may serve the dessert!
