Get ready to be inspired! International motivational speaker Tanner Clark will speak to middle and high school students and parents at Madison Middle School on Wednesday, November 5, at 7:00 PM. His goal is to inspire families to recognize personal value, individual impact, and life beyond screens, allowing students and parents to form stronger connections.
Clark is a TEDx speaker known for his “One Second of Strength” message, which has resonated with diverse audiences. By being on stage or through social media, he has inspired individuals worldwide, spreading awareness on the importance of pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and understanding how much life has to offer.
Currently, Clark is on his Connecticut Tour 2025, reaching out to teens and parents to offer encouragement and guidance about confidence, connection, and the pursuit of life satisfaction.
This event is part of his tour and has been organized by Trumbull PUSH (Parents United for Smart‑Tech Health), an organization that helps families use technology in healthy ways, encourages digital well-being, and strengthens connections at home. Trumbull PUSH has also received support from local organizations like TPAUD, the Trumbull PTA Council, the Trumbull Rotary, Wait Until 8th Trumbull, and Trumbull Human Services with the Mary J. Sherlach Counseling Center.
“Last spring, students at Wilton High School actually raised funds themselves to bring Tanner to speak there,” said Natasha Montero, Founder of Trumbull PUSH. “His message has resonated so deeply with students that they’ve taken the initiative to bring him to their own schools.”
Montero highly encourages middle school and high school students to attend. “We’d love for THS students to know that this event isn’t just for parents, it’s also open to teens who may connect with Tanner’s message,” she said. “While our Trumbull event was organized through various local groups, we unfortunately weren’t able to fund a session solely for the high school this time, but this public evening session is open to all who’d like to attend.”Check out more information about Tanner Clark on his Instagram , watch his TEDx talk, or register for free here to attend.
